課程概述

本課程講授影響園產品採收後品質變化之各項生理因子，內容包含12個單元，並預計安排一次專家演講及一次物流中心參訪，詳細內容列於課程進度。 

課程目標
 使學生了解並熟悉園藝作物採收後生理變化的基礎原理及應用。 
課程要求
 修過或同時修習園產品處理學。
